1 cup Pasta,boiled ( I used penne)
1/2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Garlic,chopped finely
1/4 cup Onion,chopped finely
1/2 cup Sweet Corn kernels, boiled
1/3 cup Green bell pepper,chopped finely
1/3 cup Yellow bell pepper,chopped finely
1/3 cup Red bell pepper,chopped finely
For white sauce :
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Maida/ All purpose flour
1 1/2 cup Milk, boiled and cooled
3 tbsp Cheese(Mozarella/ Parmesan),grated
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Heat ½ tbsp butter in a pan and add garlic, onion to it. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped vegetables, sweet corn and saute. Remove them to a plate.
Add 1½ tbsp butter in the same pan and add maida. Whisk very well.
Add boiled milk and mix well. Whisk very well in low flame to avoid lumps.
Once the sauce starts to thicken, add salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes and Oregano. Mix well.
Add cheese to the sauce and Cook further in low flame till the sauce thickens and turns smooth.
Add sauteed veggies and mix well.
Now mix boiled pasta to the sauce.
White Sauce Pasta is ready to serve.
